In September of 2022, Sheila became an integral part of the Alder Foods team, assuming the role of Senior Manager – Brand & Sales Analytics within the Marketing Team. In this capacity, she skillfully manages clients’ military business, driving growth, and actively seeking new business opportunities.

Before joining Alder Foods, Sheila had a successful tenure with Acosta and its predecessor, C. Lloyd Johnson (CLJ), since 2010. During her time there, she held the position of Senior Business Manager, overseeing Campbell’s/PF Frozen. In January 2012, her exceptional performance led to a promotion as Vice President of the Commissary Division, where she led a team of Business Managers responsible for managing Kellogg’s, Campbell’s, Hostess, and various other accounts in the military business. Her contributions were recognized with nominations for four Acosta Ovation/Chairman Awards in 2019, 2018, 2013, and 2012.

Prior to 2010, Sheila held significant roles with Campbell’s for 11 years and Reckitt Benckiser for 19 years, amassing a remarkable 42 years of experience in the CPG & military resale industry as both a manufacturer and broker.

Growing up as a Navy Brat, Sheila holds a deep connection to the military community. She is a current member of the American Logistics Association and has served on the ALA Board & Commissary Council.

Presently, Sheila resides in Littleton, NC, with her loving husband, Steve, and three cherished fur babies. Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds joy in lake life, golfing, bowling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Sheila’s pride and joy extend to her three adult children, Melissa, Sean, and Amanda. Excitingly, Melissa is expecting their first grandson in September 2023, while Amanda is preparing to tie the knot in April of 2024, marking a special milestone for the entire family.
