With a remarkable background encompassing over two decades of experience in management, finance, and accounting across private, public, and non-profit sectors, Justin is a true asset to Alder Foods. Since October 2013, he has been an integral part of the company, overseeing various aspects of the accounting cycles, including financial reporting, treasury, audit, internal controls, and budgeting/forecasting.

Justin’s journey started at the University of South Florida, where he graduated with a BA in Accounting in 2002. He then went on to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a testament to his expertise and dedication in the field. Before joining Alder Foods, Justin served as the Finance and Accounting Manager for RTI Biologics, Inc. in Alachua, FL, from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Accountant at Flanders Filters, Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL, from 2003 to 2009.

Beyond his professional achievements, Justin is actively involved in giving back to the community. He currently serves as the treasurer for the Fisher House of Boston, a notable 501c3 organization that provides essential housing for military families with loved ones receiving care in Boston’s renowned medical facilities.

In his leisure time, Justin indulges in his passion for sports and scuba diving, finding joy and adventure in these pursuits. But above all, he cherishes the moments spent with his wife, Nicole, and their two wonderful children, Dalton and Emmerson.

With a wealth of experience, a heart for service, and a dedication to both family and career, Justin embodies the essence of a well-rounded and accomplished individual.
